We have our own parking (limited places) at a cost of € 35.20 per car per day, VAT included. We recommend contacting previously for large vehicles.

Suites Avenue has a swimming pool on the terrace and another on the first floor. The hours of both pools are from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The pools are not heated.

What type of room can I book at Suites Avenue?

Suites Avenue offers different types of double, triple and family apartments for up to four people with views of Passeig de Gràcia and Gaudí's La Pedrera.

Suites Avenue offers a fantastic picnic breakfast, presented in a box and with a selection of quality products. We deliver it to your apartment from 08:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. It must be ordered the day before, before 6:00 p.m. Its price is € 19,80 per person and day (VAT included).

Yes, we allow dogs with 15kg weight limit. We recommend booking the STAY & DOG experience online in order to fully enjoy your stay at the hotel. In case of not having this reserved experience, a supplement of 36.30€ per day will be charged, VAT included. Only one dog per apartment is allowed.

The terrace and swimming pools of the Suites Avenue are for the exclusive use of the lodged clients. The terrace is closed from midnight to 07:00 a.m.
